 About the Holding

The holding has been operating in the market for more than 14 years. It publishes US GAAP financial statements.

Freedom Holding Corp. on December 18, 2020, received approval of an application for permanent membership by the Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and acquired Prime Executions Inc. (Delaware, USA), a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as NASDAQ, FINRA and SIPC. Freedom and Prime traded a total of 1.07 billion shares on U.S. exchanges in December 2020.
