Employees, business partners, third parties, and other stakeholders who become aware of cases of bribery, corruption, fraud, theft, abuse of authority, harassment, or any other potential violations of the law, the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, or the internal documents of Freedom Broker Armenia may report them through the Hotline.

How the Hotline Works?
- Every report is subject to mandatory review.
- The whistleblower is protected from pressure or any form of discrimination.
- Through the Whispli platform and application, dialogue with the reviewer can be maintained with 100% anonymity.
- Only necessary specialists are involved in the review.
- Information on the results is provided within the limits of confidentiality law.
- The Hotline is not intended for personal conflicts.
- Deliberately false reports are considered a serious violation and may entail liability.
- This is not an emergency service: in life-threatening or urgent situations, relevant emergency services must be contacted.
What Can Be Reported?
- Violations of legislation, the Code of Ethics, and internal policies.
- Corruption: bribery, extortion, improper gifts to officials.
- Safety threats, discrimination, harassment.
- Violations of labor law.
- Cybersecurity and data protection incidents.
- Conflicts of interest (nepotism, working for competitors, abuse).
- Unfair competition.
- Accounting errors and abuses.
- Theft, fraud, embezzlement.
- Procurement violations.
- Money laundering and terrorism financing.
- Other cases of misconduct.
Who Can Report?
Reports may be submitted by employees, contractors, and any person with relevant information.
Whistleblower Responsibility
- Information must be objective and fact-based.
- Supporting documents should be attached whenever possible.
- Deliberately false reports may result in disciplinary and legal liability and may be forwarded to law enforcement authorities.
Whistleblower Protection
Any good-faith report will not result in dismissal, demotion, refusal of cooperation, or persecution. This protection does not extend to cases of knowingly false reports.
Report Registration
- Reports are submitted via the website or application of the independent provider Whispli.
- All actions are logged in the system and protected from deletion.
- The compliance department receives automatic notifications and oversees the review process until completion
Review Timeframes
- An initial decision on the acceptance of a report is made within 5 business days.
- A full review is conducted within up to 60 calendar days (depending on complexity and volume).
Anonymous and Confidential Modes
- Anonymous mode: the whistleblower’s identity is not disclosed.
- Confidential mode: personal data is known only to a limited circle of reviewers and is not subject to disclosure.
Anonymity Guarantees
Anonymity is guaranteed only when reporting through Whispli. The system generates a nickname and password, allowing the whistleblower to continue communication with the reviewer in a secure chat.
