He graduated fr om Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University in 2009 with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics. He later pursued further education in Management at the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF).

He launched his professional career in 2007, gaining extensive experience in international corporations, including Citibank and Freedom Holding Corp., wh ere he held various senior leadership roles.

In November 2021, he was appointed Director of Freedom Broker Armenia.

In 2009, he graduated fr om the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Economics and Tax Consulting.

He has over 15 years of experience in consulting and financial markets. He began his professional career at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, wh ere he served as Head of the Investment and Fiduciary Management Department, later advancing to Deputy Head of the Supervision Department.

He has held various positions at Deloitte and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.

Since 2020, he has been serving as Deputy Director of Freedom Broker Armenia.

In 2006, she graduated from Yerevan State University of Economics, Faculty of Public and Municipal Management, with a qualification in Management.

Karine Avetisyan is a member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia and a certified expert accountant (Certificate No. PX 0280).

She has 19 years of professional experience in the financial sector.

From 2006 to 2010, she served as Chief Accountant of the Branch at ARMECONOMBANK CJSC.

From 2010 to 2022, she held the position of Chief Accountant at the Armenian Bureau of Motor Insurers.

From 2022 to 2023, she was Head of the Accounting Department at Parvanyan Consulting CJSC.

From 2023 to 2024, she worked at A&N Audit CJSC as Manager of Financial Institutions.

In 2024, she joined the Freedom Broker Armenia team as Chief Accountant.

In 2014, she graduated from Yerevan State University of Economics, specializing in Finance, and obtained a bachelor's degree.

Astghik Avetisyan is a member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia, a specialized organization accredited by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia. She is also a certified auditor (Certificate No. A 0241) and is currently pursuing professional certification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

She has 9 years of professional experience in the financial sector, having worked at leading consulting and auditing firms.

From 2016 to 2017, she served as an Assistant Auditor at Grant Thornton CJSC.

From 2017 to 2020, she worked as an Assistant Auditor at KPMG Armenia LLC.

From 2020 to 2022, she held the position of Senior Financial Consultant at DSA Consulting Group CJSC. From January to April 2023, she served as a Financial Consulting Manager at the same company.

Since May 2023, she has been working as a Senior Audit Manager at GPI Management Advisors LLC.

On January 23, 2024, she was appointed Head of Internal Audit at Freedom Broker Armenia.
