We are pleased to inform you that on October 4 of this year, the Central Bank of RA redrafted our investment services license. The latter enables us to provide the following services:
- receiving and transmitting orders for one or more Financial Instruments
- Signing transactions on the account of the client.
The company provides the basic investment services defined in subsection 4.1 of the Law of the RA Securities Market and non-basic services 4.3 with the following financial instruments:
- Shares,
- bonds,
- money market instruments,
- collective investment units (units of investment funds),
- options, futures, swaps, forward rate agreements and other derivatives related to securities, foreign exchanges, interest rate, financial index etc.
