Who can participate in the Promotion?
Any adult citizen of the Republic of Armenia is eligible for the promotion if they have opened an account with Freedom Broker Armenia before 24.03.2025 and made a one-time deposit of 25,000 AMD, provided that the account had a zero balance the day before the deposit.
How, when and where the gift-stocks will be credited?
In case of fulfilling all the conditions of the promotion, the foreign issuing company's stock will be automatically credited to your account within 5 working days. The stock will be available in your Tradernet personal account under the "non-trading account" section.
Which stock will be credited to my account?
You will be gifted a Ford stock.
What should I do if I have fulfilled all the requirements of the Promotion, but the stock has not been credited to my account?

Can I sell the gift-stock after it has been credited to my account?
Yes, you can sell the gift-stock after the expiration of the 3-month lock-up period. Before that, the stock will not be available for sale.
Can I sell the gift-stock before the end of the lock-up period?
No, during the 90-day lock-up period, no actions can be taken with the stock.
Do I need to pay a tax for receiving the stock as a gift?
No, Freedom Broker Armenia is a tax agent and will pay the tax on your behalf.
Where can I review the full list of terms and conditions of the Promotion?
The list of conditions is specified on the website, as well as in the Appendices to the Individual Service Agreement (brokerage agreement).
